Thai basil is an aromatic and essential herb to grow in the garden that is known to be grown as an ornamental as well due to its beautiful purple stems and flowers.
With a unique flavour, Thai basil boasts flavours of licorice/ aniseed and basil and makes a great addition to many Asian dishes. This versatile plant can be grown in pots or in the garden.
Pinch off tips of single stemmed growth to encourage a bushier plant. Flowers attract pollinators.
