Similar to Pak Choi, tatsoi is a popular Asian green that forms beautiful dark green leaves that grow low and out with white stems. Can be cooked and used in soups and stir fries or fresh in salads. This Asian green is super hardy and is very tolerant of frosty weather.
Tatsoi has a slightly milder flavour to mustard leaves. It is commonly planted for its baby leaves and can be ready to harvest 3 weeks from sowing.
