Spaghetti Squash Seeds
This fantastic variety of squash is able to produce large, yellow fruits that have a beautiful spaghetti flesh when cooked. It makes a great substitute to pasta and is able to retain its delicious flavour without going too soft.
The fruits can grow to 2kg and each plant can produce up to 8 fruits. Spaghetti squash can also be stored for weeks or months if stored correctly.
Spaghetti squash is ready to harvest when the fruit has changed completely from green to a yellow/ gold colour and you cannot scratch or dent the fruit's thick skin with your fingernail. The stem should also be beginning to dry out.
