Oregano
Oregano is a must-have perennial plant in every garden. For Charlie, it was one of the first things he ever planted when he started his veggie patch, and it’s still one of his most super productive plants in his garden 3 years on!
It is a forgiving crop for beginner gardeners and is super easy to grow. It can be used as a ground cover or grown in pots if space is limited. It comes from the same family as mint and has a beautiful purple-coloured flower. Oregano makes a great addition to your Italian herb mix, marinades, vinaigrettes or with your other summer vegetables from the Charlie’s Patch range including zucchini, eggplant and tomato.
