Black Russian tomatoes produces medium sized fruits with a striking mahogany coloured flesh. This Russian heirloom is a super hardy and disease resistant variety that is a prolific producer.
Black Russian tomatoes are perfect for enjoying fresh by dicing and adding to salads or salsas and make a great sandwich tomato.
Planting information
When to sow?
Sow seeds late Winter - Summer, or all year round for growers in tropical and subtropical regions.
How to sow?
In punnets, bury seeds approximately 5mm deep. Transplant mature plant and bury half of stem to encourage stronger root growth.
